At Sabrina's Wellness Collective, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products — General Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded or accessed. We are unable to accept returns on digital products because the content cannot be "returned" once it has been received.
However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 14 days of purchase:
• The file is corrupted or fails to open
• You received the wrong product
• The product was significantly different from what was described
• You were charged multiple times for the same order
2. Refund Eligibility
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product, which we are unable to resolve within 5 business days
• Duplicate charges on the same order
• The product was materially misrepresented on our website
We are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:
• You changed your mind after downloading the product
• You did not achieve the results you expected (results vary by individual)
• You claim you did not receive the product but our records show successful delivery
• More than 14 days have passed since your purchase
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at sabrinascucina.com with the following information:
• Your full name
• The email address used for your purchase
• Your order number
• The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of delivery and these terms. We encourage you to contact us first — we are always happy to help resolve any issues.
5. Currency
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Refunds will be issued in CAD. Exchange rate fluctuations are not our responsibility.
