Lastly, add in parmigiano, salt and pepper. Once all the ingredients are in the bowl mix well until combined. Your mix should look pasty and thick like pancake batter.
Frying the Fritters
Heat up pan on medium and add the oil. Scoop a tablespoon of filling into the oil and fry for 2-3 minutes a side. Dab the excess oil on a paper towel. Serve warm.
